心理學上有個叫Locus of control (內外控制傾向)
分為internal和external (內向和外向)
簡單講, external越容易解釋自己的成敗為外圍因素
相反, internal越傾向認為自己的成敗是因為自己
有研究指, internal強的人, 越容易是成功的人
雖然我理解有時候為了保護自我, 會推卸責任
但如果要長遠的進步, 還請應該真誠認錯
